By communicating with Imperium electronically, you consent to receive communications electronically.
Electronic communications may include:
- Emails;
- Portal notifications;
- SMS notifications;
- Electronic document delivery;
- Electronic invoices;
- Status updates;
- Transaction-related communications.
Electronic communications shall be deemed received when transmitted.
Electronic Signatures
Where permitted by law, Imperium may accept electronic signatures, digital signatures, or signatures transmitted electronically.
You agree that electronic signatures may have the same legal effect as original handwritten signatures.
Electronic Document Delivery
You consent to receiving documents electronically, including:
- Retainer agreements;

- Closing documents;
- Reporting letters;
- Invoices;
- Compliance documents.
You are responsible for maintaining the ability to receive and access electronic communications.

Electronic communications carry inherent risks, including:

- Malware;
- Delivery failures.
While Imperium employs reasonable safeguards, no electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Revocation of Consent
You may withdraw your consent to electronic communications by providing reasonable written notice.
